9. Limitation of Liability
Aurora Video Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party actions.
10. Termination
Either Aurora Video Studio or the client may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the termination date.
